Terms of Agreement:
1) It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide all necessary resources, usually photos to the artist. You need to provide enough photos to assist the artist to complete your vision,
ultimate expectations, and satisfaction.The photos need strong contrast between light and shadow.
2) 50% of the price is due when placing the ordering the balance is due when the painting
is complete. Once the painting is done, I will make up to 3 reasonable revisions. If at this
point you are still dissatisfied with the painting, you may choose to refuse the painting and lose your deposit. The artist has no further liability at this point.
3) Portraits: Sizes with an * are sizes I recommend for portraits.Contact me for other sizes
and prices. Portrait prices are usually higher depending on the complexity of the piece and the number of people in the portrait.
4) Framing is not included. I only take local commissions.
