Class/Workshop Cancelation Policy
Workshop Terms:
A deposit of 50% of the registration total reserves your spot. If you would like to pay in full with a credit card or pay
pal go to lodiartcenter.org. Go to adult classes and fill out the information or go to :

Friday - Sunday 11-4 and you can pay in person.
100% payment collected by 14 days prior to the workshop.
Refunds & Cancellations:
Any payment made by credit card are subject to a $15.00 fee in case a refund is requested at any time.
Checks paid to Marilyn Eger will not be deposited until 14 days before the 1st day of the workshop.
If a refund is requested 14 days prior to the 1st day of the workshop and the payment was made by
check, the check will be returned to you.
If the cancellation is less than 14 days, another student can attend, purchasing your spot, if there is a
waiting list, unless another agreement is made with the instructor.
If the instructor has to cancel the class at any time, all money will be refunded.
